Subject: Chat and fic with the death of a main character

Description: Death of a main character is a squirkable sub-gen in fannfic. Its redeaming grace is when it shows the character left behind dealing with his or her loss in a positive manor. Any fandom here, including The Sentinel....X-Files ....Stargate SG-1.... Seaquest.... even orginal fiction with the death of a main charcter is welcome here. We're looking for the general friendship story as well as the hetero and slash piece.
